The Web Accessibility Directive, the Audiovisual Media Services Directive and the European Electronic Communication Code. They truly make the EU advance on accessibility of Information and Communication Technologies for persons with disabilities.

Join us to discover and debate how these three key legislation will shape the European Digital Single Market and will make it more inclusive.

EU Member States and the Commission are taking the final steps to make websites and mobile applications more accessible, thanks to the Web Accessibility Directive.

With the recently updated Audiovisual Media Service Directive, progress on media accessibility becomes an obligation for all EU countries.

Electronic communications are key for all European citizens. With the upcoming European Electronic Communication Code, end-users with disabilities will see strengthened their right to equivalent access and choice, as well as to emergency communication.
