>WHAT IS THE CAMPAIGN ALL ABOUT?
 
The Removal of all barriers for persons with disabilities!
The UN Convention on the rights of persons with disabilities has been concluded by the EU. It has now to be fully implemented in all aspects.
The EU Institutions have to deliver on the Disability Strategy 2010-2020, which notably includes accessibility and participation as priority areas.
Full accessibility is an essential step for enabling Freedom of movement.
 
 
The Freedom Guide
 
EDF is currently producing the Freedom Guide assessing Freedom of movement for persons with disabilities, identifying the barriers that they are currently facing, including a number of recommendations to policy makers.
