Roberta Lulli

Roberta is part of the Policy Team implementing Social Policy Projects such as Athena – Accessibility and Design for All in to Higher Education Curricula and the European Research on Digital Skills, Accomodation and Technological Assistance for Employment (DATA).

Previously she was part of the International Cooperation Team, supporting the UN Special Rapporteur on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities as well as Digital Accessibility Trainer for VIVID:T project (Technical Assistance in Humanitarian Response, Ensuring Valuable International Volunteering and Inclusion of Persons with Disabilities).

Background
In the past years she has worked across Italy and the UK on a range of diversity and inclusion projects, implementing actions and advocating for diversity to prevent discrimination in every form: racism, gender, disability, LGBTQ+ rights, islamophobia, Roma people and hate speech. In Italy, she coordinated Rete NEAR – Network Against Discrimination promoted By UNAR – Equality Body against Racism. In London she worked for Concern Worldwide UK and for Action on Disability as an Employment Service Project Coordinator, supporting employment for people with disabilities. She also supported employers in understanding their duties under the Equality Act 2010 and assist them in creating accessible workplaces making reasonable adjustments for their employees at work and during the recruitment process.
