The European Disability Forum (EDF) is seeking an experienced accessibility expert as a consultant to enhance the accessibility of the MinnaLearn e-learning platform. This work is under the framework of Empowered by AI project and it will take place from September to December 2025. 

Scope of work

• Support and work closely with the MinnaLearn team to plan and implement improvements based on an existing accessibility audit.
• Provide practical recommendations and, where relevant, hands-on improvements to ensure WCAG 2.2 compliance with level A and AA and optimal user experience. 
• Monitoring the accessibility improvements until the end of December.   

Requirements

• Proven track record in digital accessibility consulting, especially in e-learning contexts. 
• Strong understanding of accessibility guidelines, assistive technologies, and inclusive design practices. 
• Experience working with both technical teams (for platform improvements) and content teams (to make instructional material accessibility).
