The fifth edition of the European Disability Forum’s Human Rights Report presents the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on person with disabilities in Europe in 2020.

It highlights how EU and European countries have largely failed to include persons with disabilities in their response to the pandemic, both within Europe and in their global response.
