This document is a brief overview of the situation with the rights of people with disabilities in Ukraine one year after the beginning of the full-scale invasion of Ukraine by the Russian Federation.
The research and surveys of the EDF partners – the National Assembly of People with Disabilities, the League of the Strong, and the Kharkiv Institute of Social Research, as well as other international and national level organisations and information from the state structures of Ukraine – were used in this study. The document was prepared as part of the EDF project “OPD led disability inclusive response and recovery”, supported by CBM International.
