The purpose of this exercise is to ensure that our ICT systems are safe and secure protecting personal data, accessible, efficient and affordable. If you have an expertise in use of physical versus online document sharing and servers, hybrid working and internet security we would love to hear from you.
The tasks include
- Review and analyse our ICT systems and contracts (server, website, email systems, folder systems, contact database, public calendar, and where we have gaps (including through discussions with staff)
- Assess the level of ICT security
- Provide short and long term recommendations to improve our ICT systems ensuring full accessibility for persons with disabilities
