EDF’s Feedback and Complaint mechanism

The feedback and complaints mechanism is available to raise concerns, complaints, or suggestions about the activities and service provided by the European Disability Forum.

We welcome and value all feedback; all complaints and suggestions will be taken seriously and followed up. To learn more please see our read our Safeguarding Policy, Anti-harassment Policy and Whistleblower Protection Policy

Complaints by e-mail and post are not anonymous, but all complaints will be treated as highly confidential. If you would like to submit feedback anonymously, you can use our feedback form. In this case, we will not be able  to follow up with you directly for any further actions or answers.
