Ålands handikappförbund is a non-profit organization based in the Åland Islands, a Swedish-speaking autonomous region of Finland. The organization aims to promote and protect the rights of persons with disabilities according to the CRPD in the region. 

Their  vision is to create a more inclusive and equal society free from discrimination on the Åland Islands specifically, and Finland in general.

Ålands handikappförbund carries out various activities to achieve its goal, such as advocating for accessibility, providing support and information to individuals and families affected by disabilities, and organizing events that promote and informs society about the rights of persons with disabilities.

In addition to this, the organization offers services to its 12 member associations, such as office space, a library, bookkeeping services, and receptionist services.
