Special Olympics is the largest global movement for full social inclusion for people with intellectual disabilities through sports programming and education, youth leadership, health, early childhood development, advocacy and other global and community initiatives. Special Olympics serves over 6 million people with ID around the world, their families, peers and communities. SO Europe Eurasia Foundation represents the global movement in the Europe Eurasia region, in 58 countries, including all EU member states. In the region the movement serves over 500,000 people with intellectual disability.
