Ongoing D-WISE
The aim of this project is to enhance the understanding of social inclusive companies in Europe employing a significant percentage of persons with disabilities.

- Donor and timeframe: ONCE Foundation, European Platform for Rehabilitation, and EASPD – 2018-2020 – Now extended to 2022
- Total budget and EDF budget: Once Foundation 120.000. No resources for EDF.
- Objective of the project: Enhancing the understanding of social inclusive companies in Europe employing a significant percentage of persons with disabilities.
- Partners (if any): Once Foundation, European Platform for Rehabilitation, and EASPD
- EDF role: EDF acts as an observer and was expected to: Attending meetings (quarterly basis), Supporting the Project and contributing with relevant knowledge and expertise, Contribution to papers/recommendations.

- Current activities, foreseen outcomes, successes (if any worth noting): Forming a strategic partnership to face the challenges and opportunities of social inclusive employment for persons with disabilities in Europe; Research on the different employment schemes and mechanisms for people with disabilities in the different countries and analysis of their compliance with the CRPD.
