Barış Alen contributes to the effective implementation of EDF’s international cooperation and humanitarian action projects. He supports key project workflows and ensures smooth daily operations through diligent project coordination, financial tracking, and administrative and logistical follow-up.
Background
Previously, Barış supported complex humanitarian responses managing operations, logistics, finance and HR across Türkiye, Syria, Iraq, Lebanon, Moldova, Ukraine and Yemen.
His international background spans directing emergency humanitarian responses with several INGOs (International Non-Governmental Organisations) and serving as an international relations specialist for human rights organisations, where he coordinated key relations with global institutions and international partners.
