Accessible Masterclass on Media Literacy

Easy to read Guide on media literacy: Understanding if information in the media is true or not

At EDF, we recently had a campaign about ‘media literacy’.

Media literacy means that you are able to understand the information you learn from the media. For example, from newspapers, websites or social media. Media literacy also means that you are able to find out which information on the media is true or false.

We made a easy-to-read guide to help people recognise the true from the false information in the media.

We made this guide with the support of ‘Meta’. ‘Meta’ is the company that owns Facebook, Instagram and other popular online platforms that most of us use every day.
