Call for External Consultant: EDF Team Workshop Facilitation

Introduction

The European Disability Forum (EDF) is seeking an experienced external consultant to facilitate an in-person team workshop in Brussels as part of our 2026 work planning process. The workplan for 2026 has already been drafted, and this workshop aims to bring our team together to discuss implementation in greater detail.

Workshop Objectives

  • Collectively reflect on our approaches for collaborative work within the team
  • Coordinate main activities for the year
  • Plan effective training for staff and members based on 2026 priorities
  • Prepare for events and governing body meetings
  • Identify new ways of working together

Consultant Role

The selected consultant will be responsible for designing and facilitating the workshop to ensure productive and inclusive discussions. The consultant should enable the team to align on working methods, coordination strategies, training priorities, and events planning for 2026.

Requirements for Applicants

  • Experience in inclusive workshop facilitation, preferably in the non-profit or advocacy sector
  • Strong understanding of team coordination and organizational development
  • Ability to deliver engaging, participatory sessions for diverse groups
  • Availability for in-person facilitation in Brussels during January and February 2026
