The European Disability Forum (EDF) is looking for a service provider based in the EU to create accessible e-pub versions of its reports. 

Practical information about the reports: 

The selected service provider will be responsible for creating accessible e-pub versions of 4 different reports:

• Our Annual Report 2024 (40 pages aprox.)
• The Human Rights Report on passengers’ rights (60 pages aprox.)
• Briefing on institutionalisation (15 pages aprox.)
• Report on forced sterilisation (34 pages aprox.)

The successful provider should deliver:

• A e-pub version of the report within 4 to 8 weeks of the final version being sent

Timeline:

• To be discussed. The collaboration will span the entire calendar year.

Requirements

• Expertise in accessible e-pub creation.  
• Should be registered in a European Union country. 
• Should be available to accommodate project timelines and deliverables as per the agreed-upon schedule.
