The European Disability Forum (EDF) is seeking to recruit a qualified consultant  to support us in enhancing the security of our online events, while taking into account accessibility. We want to improve and ensure our online meeting platforms and procedures for event registration and management are robust and secure.

Scope of Work

• Assess the security and use of current online event platforms and procedures (currently on Zoom), including registration and event management workflows.
• Assess how we can improve security while maintaining accessibility of events.
• Identify vulnerabilities and recommend improvements to prevent future incidents.
• Help us liaise with service providers and vendors.
• Provide training and coaching for staff on best practices for online event security.
• Provide a final report with the findings.

Requirements for Applications

• A proposal outlining your approach to assessing our systems and delivering staff training.
• 2 previous references for work in the same area.
• The proposal should include expected number of days needed to complete the project and an estimated budget or daily rate.
