Organised by the European Disability Forum and sponsored by Microsoft, the European Accessibility Summit aims to raise awareness of the importance of accessible technology in work, education, and leisure for persons with disabilities in Europe.
Key topics for 2022 include:
- European Accessibility Act (EAA) and its impact on products and services.
- The role of national stakeholders in the implementation of the EAA
- EU strategy for Disability Rights and shared priorities for employment and education.
The conference will be fully accessible for persons with disabilities. All sessions will include international sign language interpretation and live subtitling in an accessible online environment.
