In 2024, we released its EU Enforcement Toolkit, a document which aims at providing the disability community with an overview of the remedy mechanisms available when our rights, as contained in EU legislation, are not respected.
In this meeting we will focus on judicial enforcement, which is carried out by national courts and tribunals and in limited cases, by the Court of Justice of the European Union. Thanks to outstanding speakers with experience in the field, we will learn more about key concepts in judicial enforcement processes like pro bono legal services and strategic litigation.
