The Association of Entrepreneurs with Disabilities of the Republic of Moldova – “European Abilities Without Limits” (AEFL Moldova) is dedicated to promoting the full social, political, and economic integration of women with disabilities and women from other vulnerable groups. We strive to ensure equal access to opportunities, empowering them to actively participate in their communities, workplaces, and decision-making processes.
Through tailored programs, we enhance the quality of life for these women, fostering environments that support their potential and contributions to society. We actively combat all forms of violence against women with disabilities, recognizing their unique vulnerabilities.
By advocating for social inclusion and political representation, we aim to dismantle barriers that prevent women with disabilities from being valued members of society. Together, we work towards a world where every woman can live free from violence and discrimination, empowered to reach her full potential.

Our Objectives

• Representation and Advocacy: We represent the interests of women with disabilities before authorities and promote policies that ensure their social, political, and economic inclusion.
• Gender Equality and Equal Opportunities: We advocate for gender equality and accessible opportunities for all, actively combating multi-sectoral discrimination against persons with disabilities.
• Education, Professional, and Entrepreneurial Training: We design and implement education, professional, and entrepreneurial training programs to support the labor market integration and economic empowerment of individuals with disabilities.
• Partnerships and Collaborations: We forge partnerships with public authorities, private institutions, and other NGOs to create a robust support network for persons with disabilities.
