Phillipa Tucker's Biography

Phillipa joined to lead the Ascend CITI Foundation project in Bulgaria, Czechia, Hungary, Romania and Slovakia, and now manages the Empower Ukraine project funded by CBM and the German Federal Foreign Office and serves as Coordinator for Central and Eastern Europe.
Background
Phillipa brings more than 20 years experience in research, advocacy, capacity building, curricula development, policy work, stakeholder engagement, communications and project management in the international development and human rights sector. Her main focus has always been on diversity, equity and inclusion of marginalised communities.
Phillipa has been living with Fibromyalgia-Myalgic Encephalomyelitis since having scarlet fever as a child.
