Javier Güemes Biography

Javier Güemes is the Director of International Affairs of the ONCE Social Group and 1st Vice-president of ONCE Foundation for Latin America. His role mainly deals with European and international affairs with public and private institutions, organizations and companies on social services. Almost 20 years of his professional career has been dedicated to advocating for the rights and economic resources to improve the quality of life of persons with disabilities on behalf of the Disability movement as Director of the European Disability Forum and from the ONCE Social Group, as Social Providers, Social Economic Actor and Manager of European social Funds and others European Programmes.
