Tania Galián Biography

Tania is a young hard-of-hearing disability-rights activist with experience in inclusive education, accessibility, youth participation and cultural inclusion. Works at ACAPPS (Catalan Association for the Promotion of Deaf People), fostering the active participation of users and leading the organisation’s youth group.

Member of the creative team behind the podcast “Sordesa amb Veu”, contributing to raising awareness and amplifying the voices and experiences of young people with disabilities.

Secretary of the International Federation of Hard of Hearing Young People (IFHOHYP) and regular collaborator of the European Federation of Hard of Hearing People (EFHOH) experienced in advocacy and youth representation.
