Call for tenders: printing service provider for EDF's DATA project report on technology in employment

The European Disability Forum (EDF) is looking for a printing service provider to produce the physical version of a research report for the project “Accommodation and Technological Assistance for Employment (DATA)” funded by Google.org.

Practical information about the projects

  • The printed version of the report will be shorter than the digital version. We estimate around 30 pages
  • Estimated total number of copies: 100
  • EDF will provide the selected provider with print-ready versions and separate cover pages with braille markers and QR code.

The successful provider should deliver

  • Printing production of the report within 3 weeks, including the production of braille embossed finish.
  • Delivery to the offices in Brussels
  • Use of eco-friendly printing materials.

Some specifications for each report

  • Reports should be done on recycled paper
  • Cover: 4 pages
  • Interior
  • Format – Open: A3 and Closed: A4
  • Braille + QR code embossing on cover

Timeline

  • The reports should be delivered by mid-June. The exact date will be agreed between the contracting parties
  • Delivery within 3 weeks of receipt of final materials.

Requirements

  • Expertise in accessible printing, especially in braille embossed finish.
  • Should be available to accommodate project timelines and deliverables as per the agreed-upon schedule.
