2021 has been a landmark one for the whole disability movement in Europe. The European Commission published the Strategy for the Rights of Persons with Disabilities. This document outlines proposals and areas of work aimed at improving the living conditions of 100 million Europeans with disabilities through the implementation of the UN Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities.
