Governing bodies
About the group
The governing bodies of EDF as stipulated
in its statutes (Article 12) are:
- The General Assembly that gathers yearly
- The Board of Directors that gathers three times per year
- The Executive Committee that gathers five times per year
These governing bodies are supported by the
secretariat which is situateded in Brussels
