Migrants and asylum seekers with disabilities continue to face widespread exclusion across the European Union, despite clear human rights obligations.
From inaccessible reception systems and discriminatory migration requirements to exclusion from national social welfare schemes, discrimination within the migration and asylum frameworks continues toundermine the rights of migrants and asylum seekers with disabilities and restricts their full participation in society.
