We buy products, we use services, we spend money in the EU’s single market every day. So it should be taken for granted that our rights to accessibility and inclusion in this single market should also be respected! But unfortunately, this is not the case yet.
To improve the situation of consumers, including those with disabilities, EDF has participated in the EU consultation on the Consumer Agenda 2025-2030, which is the EU’s strategy on consumer rights. We want to make sure that the new strategy is disability inclusive and will improve accessibility of products, services, and information.
