Toolkits for cooperation between DPOs and EU delegations in the world

Toolkits for cooperation between DPOs and EU delegations in the world

The European Union is the first humanitarian donor in the world. It has allocated an overall budget of €79.5 billion for 2021-2027 to contribute to the eradication of poverty and the advancement of international development.  Currently, the EU has some 140 EU Delegations (EUDs) around the world. The EU Delegations are the representations of the EU in countries outside the EU. They have a crucial role in defining the mid- and long-term thematic and policy priorities of the EU in a given country or region.  They are also responsible for grant making and management of EU projects and programmes.

With that perspective in mind, we have published two new toolkits: one for DPOs on how to engage with the EU Delegations around the world and one for EU Delegations on how to work with DPOs.
