Committees

There are six established committees; four  that work on different topics and two statutory once:

• EDF Human Rights and Non Discrimination Committee
• EDF Social Policy and Inclusion Committee
• EDF Women’s Committee
• EDF Youth Committee
• Finance Committee
• Membership and Credentials Committee

EDF’s Committees are:

• Established for 4 years with a midterm review after 2 years;
• Composed of a set number of members and meeting two times a year;
• Open to membership to full and ordinary members with a balance between ENGO and National Council representation;

The members are representing the diversity of persons with
disabilities with particular attention to persons with intellectual
disabilities and persons with high level support needs.
