Roberta is part of the International Cooperation Team and working as a Digital Accessibility Trainer for VIVID:T project (Technical Assistance in Humanitarian Response, Ensuring Valuable International Volunteering and Inclusion of Persons with Disabilities).

Background
In the past years she has worked across Italy and the UK on a range of diversity and inclusion projects, implementing actions and advocating for diversity to prevent discrimination in every form: racism, gender, disability, LGBTQ+ rights, islamophobia, Roma people and hate speech. In Italy, she coordinated Rete NEAR – Network Against Discrimination promoted By UNAR – Equality Body against Racism. In London she worked for Concern Worldwide UK and for Action on Disability as an Employment Service Project Coordinator, supporting employment for people with disabilities and making an impact on their lives. She also supported employers in understanding their duties under the Equality Act 2010 and assist them in creating accessible workplaces making reasonable adjustments for their employees at work and during the recruitment process.
