READY Baltics 3-day Kick-off Meeting, 15-17 April 2026

1.     UNDRR ToT Training

2.     DG ECHO Grantees Meeting

3.     Partners’ Planning Session

At the beginning of the project, a joint kick-off meeting and planning workshop will be organised, bringing together all consortium partners, associated partners, and key technical contributors. The meeting will serve to formally launch the project, align partners on objectives, clarify roles and responsibilities, and agree on implementation timelines and coordination mechanisms. It will also provide an opportunity to review the project’s work plan, monitoring framework, and communication strategy, ensuring a shared understanding of expected results and collaboration procedures across the consortium.

This event is only open to project staff and partners.

Day 1: Wednesday 15th April 2026

The United Nations Office for Disaster Risk Reduction (UNDRR) will deliver a Training of Trainers (ToT) for EDF and national partner organisations on the Disaster Resilience Scorecard for Cities and its Annex on the Inclusion of Persons with Disabilities. This training will equip the consortium with the technical knowledge and practical tools required to facilitate national workshops, support local stakeholders, and guide the application of the Scorecard in selected pilot cities during the project implementation phase.
