We are launching a series of manuals aiming to inform Members of the European Parliament (MEPs) on how they can work towards disability rights. The “welcome toolkits”, released as the European Parliament resumes its sessions after the summer break, explain how the different Committees can advance the rights of persons with disabilities in their respective policy areas.
The toolkits also call on Members to support and sign on to the EP’s Disability Intergroup, a platform that must be re-established to bring together all MEPs who want to coordinate actions to advance on the rights of persons with disabilities.
You, too, can support the re-establishment of the Intergroup by contacting Members of the European Parliament from your country and asking them to sign the support form (Word, opens in new window).
